I’m trying not too get too excited about a clipper system that is coming in Wednesday, but it looks like we will finally see our first real snow in the Lancaster area. While some models were going warm, it appears that temperatures on the ground and aloft will stay just cold enough for some frozen precip. Snow showers will start to fall around 11am or so, though may begin later depending on not if there is enough moisture in the air. For the most part precip will reamain a dry snow, so no good snowballs but hey- it’s better than nothing!

Total accumulation from the storm will be about an inch of snow, probably covering the grass and a dusting on the roads, though driving conditions will remain fine. Any “heavy” snow will die off around 8 or so in the evening, though flakes may continue to fall later without much new accumulation.
